Changed My (Whole) Life!

First let me apologize for not updating this in almost 3 months. Its been a whirlwind thats seen me sign up for my First Ironman 70.3 and ramp up my training in preparation for that and my Full Marathons. Now to the more serious stuff: I was talking(via text) to David Seago(the owner of StinkyFeet) the other day and i was sharing with him how the most amazing part of this weight loss journey isn't how I've changed physically, but how God has changed me emotionally, mentally, and spiritually! Where It All Began

Before i tell you where i am and where im going, i want to tell you where ive came from. In February 2012 at 29 years old, i weighed 425 lbs! I could not even walk a whole mile without stopping. I joined the YMCA determined to make a lasting change. To give you some background on what i was feeling then, this was my FaceBook Post on Feb 25, 2012: "Ive come to a point in my life where I'm tired of being overweight. Im tired of being the Big Guy. Im tired of customers who come in and can't remember ...continue reading »
